Union Bank of India launched the nxt app in April 2022, a super app that allows users to avail a variety of banking services right from their smartphones. Our client was looking for a fresh and relatable approach to promote its various features using social media.

Idea

Digital banking app nxt is especially suited for people that seek an exceptional banking experience wherever they go. Due to their busy lifestyle, they don’t get time to visit the bank branch to conduct banking activities.

To highlight this convenience of next app, we chose the perfect influencer who is also a happy customer of Union Bank of India. She is none other than the winner of sa re ga ma pa 2019, Miss Ishita Vishwakarma.

Through engaging and melodious social media posts, we managed to promote nxt while highlighting its key features.

Execution

  1. We shared three short clips of Miss Ishita Vishwakarma as social media posts.
  2. In these posts, Miss Ishita Vishwakarma sings praises of nxt’s numerous features and how it helped her in having the best banking experience in her busy life.

Results
