Position Summary
Sr. Art Director will lead creative visual development for mainline and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring impactful, brand-focused designs. The role requires strong creative vision, design expertise and team management skills to deliver across platforms. This role collaborates closely with and reports to the Creative Director.
Job Requirements
• Drive ideation and execution of campaigns across mainline and digital platforms while maintaining brand identity
• Collaborate with copy teams, account managers, and clients to deliver aligned creative solutions
• Ensure visual consistency and design excellence across print, social media, video, and digital assets
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 designers, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Manage client presentations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets
Education & Soft Skills
• Expertise in branding, storytelling, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and client relationship management.
• Adept at addressing and resolving client concerns efficiently.
• Background in Fine Arts (Applied Arts).
Experience
• 9-10 years of experience in mainline and digital advertising.
• Experience working on integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media
• Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, Retail, B2B is a plus.
