HR Executive

Position Summary :
Goldmine is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive Human Resources to lead the Employee Relations function. This role will be pivotal in fostering a positive work culture, managing the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, employee grievance handling, and overall employee relations to strengthen organizational efficiency and morale.

Job Responsibility :
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Execute recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive engagement initiatives, gather employee feedback, and implement retention and career development programs.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Management: Address employee concerns, resolve grievances, and maintain a supportive work environment.
• Policy Implementation & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values.
• Payroll & Attendance Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing and manage attendance and leave records.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
