HR Executive

Job Responsibility
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, client-servicing, digital, and production roles.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Organize employee engagement activities and support agency culture initiatives.
• Assist in performance review processes and coordinate with team leads.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
