Position Summary
The CMS Intern will be responsible for updating, maintaining, and managing content across corporate and government websites. The role demands accuracy, speed, technical understanding of CMS, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely content delivery.
Job Requirements
• CMS Updates & Maintenance
– Update, publish, and manage website content through CMS platforms.
– Ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting compliance across all updates.
– Perform quality checks after deployment to ensure error-free publishing.
– Manage daily and time-sensitive content requests efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency
– Apply HTML, CSS for minor UI adjustments or static page edits.
– Support creation and updates of email templates / campaign mailers.
– Maintain compatibility and responsiveness of content across devices.
• Reporting
– Provide clear status updates for ongoing tasks and schedules.
• General Responsibilities
– Work closely with developers and servicing teams.
– Maintain documentation logs of updates and approvals.
– Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Education & Soft Skills
• Graduate / Postgraduate in IT or related fields.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in CMS operations, website updates, or content publishing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working with BFSI / Government clients and managing custom CMS is an added advantage.
