Position Summary
We are looking for a Visual Designer who can create strong visual systems for explainer videos, brand launch films, and event videos. The role focuses on designing assets that translate seamlessly into 2D animation and motion graphics.
Job Requirements
• Design visual styles, frames, and layouts for explainer, launch, and event videos
• Create illustrations, icons, backgrounds, and UI elements for animation
• Develop style frames, mood boards, and look references
• Work closely with animators to ensure designs are animation-friendly
• Adapt brand guidelines into motion-ready visual systems
• Prepare layered files (AI/PSD) for smooth animation handoff
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads and clients
Experience
• Strong design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Understanding of motion design requirements (safe margins, parallax, scalability)
• Ability to design for storyboards and narrative flow
• Experience working on corporate, brand, or explainer content
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
