Position Summary
Group Account Manager must have expertise in a digital marketing agency, preference in handling BFSI sector clients. This role involves managing leading team and business revenue of minimum 2 Cr per annum, client relationships, driving strategy, executing campaigns, handling accounts, exploring business opportunities, and reporting to the AVP Brand Solutions.
Job Requirements
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, providing strategic advice, developing tailored marketing strategies, and ensuring satisfaction with improved ROI.
• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across platforms, aligning with client goals, tracking performance, and optimizing to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
• Business Development: Identify BFSI opportunities, generate leads, pitch services, and collaborate with leadership to craft proposals and close deals successfully.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success while mentoring account managers to achieve targets and deliver high-quality, on-time, and budget-friendly projects.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track campaign performance, deliver insightful reports to clients, and leverage data-driven strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s, or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Media, or Entertainment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including knowledge of banking, insurance, and financial services products.
Experience
• Minimum 6 years in digital advertising (Mandatory)
• Team Leadership: At least 1 year leading a team of 2+ people (Mandatory)
• Managed projects worth ₹20 Lakhs or more Or handled revenue of ₹1 Cr+ per annum (company revenue, not sales) (Mandatory)
• BFSI Sector Experience: Preferred.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, social listening and ORM
• Proven track record of generating new business and growing existing accounts.
