What we did:

Union Bank of India needed its digital presence to match the scale of the institution. The existing website felt cluttered, difficult to navigate and wasn’t aligned with SEO best practices, making it harder for users to find what they needed.

We reworked the platform from the ground up. The interface was simplified, journeys were mapped thoughtfully and the information architecture was restructured to make navigation intuitive.
